People using AOL, HOTMAIL or any other email service that may have some type of Junk Mail filtering, or Bulk mail filtering.
Please note that the Band Newsletters may be seen as Junk Mail and either deleted or put in a bulk mail folder automatically by your service provider. Make sure you add parents@skyhawkband.org to the list of allowed senders to your account.
